Ludhiana, November 13, 2021 (News Team):
Children are an essential component towards nation-building for they determine how the country would progress and shape up in the future. To celebrate the fact that children are the real strength of the nation and to stress on the importance of educating and nurturing the young generation, Sat Paul Mittal School organized a Children’s Day Event on the 13th of November, 2021.

The excitement mounted to a fever pitch among the students and the teachers, who had gathered amidst great mirth, verve and camaraderie after a long time. The event began with Divish Gupta of Grade XI who struck the right chords of melody with his guitar and wooed the audience. This was followed by skit on ‘Anti-Bullying’ performed by the students of grade IX who emphasized on how important it is for the Gen-Z to understand the repercussions of bullying on the emotional quotient of children. Harviraj Singh of Grade IX mesmerized the Satyans by showcasing the ‘power of vowel’ through his rap, showcasing the bigger picture and inspiring other hungry poets in the audience. Teachers dressed up as children, tapping their toes to ‘Bum Bum Bole’ was a sheer treat to the eyes. The enigmatic singing performance by Kulwant Singh, a member of the support staff, left the audience awestruck. Teachers along with mellifluous Satyans took the audience on a melodic tour with their group song. The Grand Finale, an energetic Bhangra performance by the Satyans of Grade IX, was welcomed by a roaring applause and was definitely a cherry on top.

The Chief Guest of the event, Bhupinder Gogia, Principal, Sat Paul Mittal School closed the event with her heart-warming speech as she recalled her childhood while sharing her experiences growing up. The function ended in a beautiful resonance with the School song followed by the National Anthem of India.
